Matt used the site to chose the ring, however he wanted my input. Through the site, he was able to research and learn about diamonds, to the point that by the time he had made a short list for me to see (and eliminate any I didnt like, without actually chosing myself), he was able to convince me that he knew what he was talking about! He found the site informative, helpful, user friendly, hassle free and diverse. They are excellent value for money, there was no hidden costs, and delivery was prompt. We are both delighted with the finished product. Incidently, he didnt really need my input, the one he chose was the one I would have chosen for myself.....
